At Schweizer Legal Solutions, LLC, every case is guided by the experience, dedication, and child-centered approach of Attorney Margaret Riley Schweizer. As a solo practitioner, Margaret ensures each client receives personal attention and expert advocacy.

Margaret Riley Schweizer

Founding Attorney
Margaret Riley Schweizer is an attorney, and Child Welfare Law Specialist, who has practiced in child advocacy in the State of Georgia for over a decade. Margaret earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law where she graduated with the Custer-Tuggle Award of Excellence in Family Law and the National Association of Women Lawyers Award. Margaret also graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ithaca College with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal and Juvenile Justice. Margaret had the privilege of representing youth in dependency proceedings for the majority of her career as a Child Attorney with the Fulton County Office of the Child Attorney. She has also served as a Judicial Staff Attorney at Fulton County Juvenile Court and previously worked at the Georgia Law Center for the Homeless litigating a variety of civil issues including family, dependency, housing, and employment law.
